Responsibilities

• Daily order and shipment arrangement.
• Consolidate and verify the shipping arrangement based on order confirmation.
• Confirm order status and schedule to Packing / Trucking team.
• Book with SMC or customer forwarder & prepare shipping docs for customs process.
• Truck arrangement for pick-up schedule.
• Customs affairs with forwarder or customs broker.
• File & maintain shipping documents and records.
• Co‑work with Receiving / Inventory / Logistics team at warehouse, as well as external departments like Production / Sales / Buyer / RMA and others to fulfill shipping demand.
• Timely response to urgent requests, deal with abnormal orders & shipment return.Comply with embargo and restricted policy to hold orders to forbidden countries.
