Job Title - MARKETING EXECUTIVE

PURPOSE

The Marketing Executive is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing initiatives within Star Glory's Duty-Free Retail environment. This dynamic role drives commercial success by developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns across retail activations, digital channels, vendor partnerships, and corporate brand building, all while ensuring rigorous budget management and compliance

ACCOUNTABILITY

• Retail Marketing & Brand Activation
• Management : Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual marketing calendar, including all in-store, seasonal, and thematic campaigns to drive foot traffic, conversion, and average transaction value (ATV) in the retail stores.
• Brand Activations : Serve as the key liaison for international and local brand partners. Strategically plan and deliver high-impact vendor brand activations (e.g., pop-ups, sampling events, visual merchandising takeovers) that align with brand guidelines and Duty-Free regulations.
• & Collateral : Oversee the production, distribution, and setup of all marketing collateral, Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, and visual merchandising elements to ensure flawless campaign execution across all retail touchpoints.
• Digital Marketing & Corporate Brand Building
• Strategy : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and in-app promotions, specifically tailored to the duty-free traveler audience.
• Branding : Support the development and maintenance of the Star Glory corporate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communication channels and marketing materials.
• Tracking : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital and retail campaigns using key metrics (e.g., ROI, footfall, engagement rates) to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
