• Mergers & Acquisitions : Support clients in inorganic growth agenda across the deal lifecycle—target screening, synergy assessment, due diligence, post‑merger integration, and portfolio interventions.
• Operating Model & Organization Design : Architect future‑proof operating models embracing the future of work, workforce and workplace powered by transformational technology, ecosystems and analytics.
• Sustainability & Responsible Business : Work across growth themes of circularity, sustainable IT, clean energy, EHS and responsible supply chain to help clients reach their sustainability goals.
