The Business Analyst will be working on a variety of technology projects and initiatives, with a focus on Digital projects. The Business Analyst will be acting as a member of the digital technology capability team and would be responsible for identifying business needs and determining solutions while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management and driving positive results. The IT Business Analyst will also play a key role in the application support activities.

2+ years. Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management and negotiation skills. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Strong process flow and diagramming skills. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening and presentation). Strong analytical skills. Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis and data analysis. Very proficient in developing requirements definitions, functional specifications, data models and business procedures. Proficient in software fit analysis. Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and other PC software. Advanced knowledge of audit principles through extensive experience. Strong understanding of the business processes in assigned areas to best implement policies and practices.
