Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahad Datu, Sabah. The Operation Executive (Logistics) will oversee and manage the day‑to‑day logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, monitoring supply chain activities, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. The role is pivotal to ensuring timely and effective delivery of goods, managing logistics strategies, and supporting overall operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure raw materials receiving and product activities in order.
• Coordinate with shipping agent and surveyor for all relevant arrangement.
• Ensure daily logistics comply supply chain & safety requirement.
• Conduct periodic stock takes / reconciliations of inventory movements and balances.
