Support and maintain salary structures, pay scales, and job grading systems.
Administer annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus programs.
Evaluate internal pay equity and recommend necessary adjustments.
2. Benefits Administration
Manage employee benefits programs including health, insurance, and wellness initiatives.
Partner with vendors to negotiate and renew benefits contracts.
Handle benefits-related queries and communicate benefits information to employees.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations.
Generate reports for HR and Finance to support planning and budgeting.
Maintain accurate HRIS data related to C&B.
4. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Develop, review, and maintain compensation and benefits policies.
Support internal and external audits.
5. Strategic & Operational Support
Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on competitive offer packages.
Support employee lifecycle transactions such as new hire, rehire, conversions, and severations.
Respond to employee inquiries via ServiceNow or other channels, ensuring high-quality resolution.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related HR functions.Experience using Workday (Core HCM) or SAP.Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems and data reporting.Familiarity with ServiceNow case management is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
