Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure, auditable CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD).
• Continuously improve automation to enable fully automated deployments.
• Enforce compliance and governance through pipeline-as-code .
• Integrate AI / ML models for anomaly detection, risk scoring, and predictive rollback.
• Automate multi-cluster, multi-region Kubernetes deployments using Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Security teams to standardize deployment practices and SLAs.
• Maintain release health dashboards , tracking KPIs such as lead time and compliance violations.
• Build self-service release capabilities with guardrails and approval workflows.
• Enhance release intelligence and observability through tool integration.
• Collaborate with SREs to automate early testing and release validation.
