Lead Channel Marketing Specialist
Honeywell is hiring a Lead Channel Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing plans for the HSF ENT FIRE Line of Business across ASEAN / SEA. The role focuses on driving channel growth, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering measurable business impact on margin expansion and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing plans for the business.
- Enable sales with techno‑commercial winning propositions.
- Nurture an efficient and loyal channel ecosystem.
- Deploy customer‑centric, digital‑first programs throughout the customer journey.
- Partner with Business Leadership, Sales, Finance, ISC and other cross‑functional teams to drive channel initiatives.
- Deliver measurable business impact on margin expansion, new product commercialization, go‑to‑market reach optimization, revenue growth, channel productivity, inventory control and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive channel marketing strap actions such as reach expansion and influencer engagement.Define channel personas and map customer decision journeys for new offerings.Provide market insights and target groups to develop campaign roadmaps.Perform periodic market mapping for share of demand and SAM revalidation.Develop geographic reach and channel expansion roadmaps aligned with sales and leadership.Design, deploy, execute and evaluate channel partner rebate programs.Develop channel and market price strategy with OMs and pricing teams.Manage channel onboarding / off‑boarding, AOP, contract and compliance.Execute channel sell‑in and sell‑out scheme designs.Expand margins through transactional pricing, discount control and mix management.Conduct periodic competitive landscape mapping for list price and MOP changes.Update product play‑book content, conduct sales and channel training, and maintain SharePoint.Review portfolio and communicate SKU rationalization to sales and customers.Validate demand forecasts with sales and coordinate inventory management.Coordinate with global and local offering and sourcing teams for cost improvement actions.Support sales with alternative product recommendations.Drive NPI commercialization through market pricing, channel training and CPP programs.Develop virtual and real‑world event content and present them in collaboration with OMs and customers.Represent Honeywell at industry forums and associations.Provide sales training on specifications, competitor comparison and battle cards.Enable channel performance analytics and improvement initiatives.Engage key accounts and influencers through 1 : 1 and mass presentations.Key Experience & Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or science; MBA preferred.5‑10 years of B2B customer marketing or channel marketing experience; retail experience is an advantage.Experience in the commercial fire, building construction / materials, or automation industries.Excellent written, oral, and technical communication skills; strong presentation experience to diverse audiences.Strong influencing skills without formal authority.Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.Who We Are
