Role Purpose
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Assistant Manager) for all hiring in Southeast Asia (SEA) . This role goes beyond filling positions; it shapes the SEA talent landscape, drives visibility with business leaders, and partners with HR leaders to deliver both talent acquisition and employee engagement outcomes . The right candidate will combine operational strength in hiring with strategic execution , delivering superior candidate and hiring manager experiences while embedding process rigor and innovative sourcing.

What You’ll Bring
Experience & Portfolio
5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably with SEA or multi-country exposure. Strong track record in campus, drives, and alternate sourcing strategies . Prior experience in Sales, Tech, or Business Operations hiring is an advantage.
Technical Skills & Efficiency
Proficiency with ATS / HRMS systems and comfort with TA analytics. Ability to balance speed + quality + stakeholder experience . Curiosity to learn, adopt new tools, and leverage automation.
Communication & Ownership
Strong influencing skills, particularly in compensation negotiations . Consultative stakeholder management with BU Heads and HR Partners. High accountability — ability to operate independently as the SEA SPOC.
