Summary

The Engineering Manager will lead the design, development, and manufacturing support of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and high-level electromechanical assemblies for industrial applications (e.g., automation, robotics, power systems, IoT). This role requires expertise in DFx (Design for Manufacturing / Lean / Cost), collaboration with international OEMs, and ensuring seamless transition from prototyping to mass production in a contract manufacturing environment.

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following :

Technical Leadership

• Oversee PCBA and high-level assembly (HLA) design, process development, and manufacturing support for industrial products.
• Drive DFM / DFT / DFA improvements to optimize yield, cost, and reliability.
• Lead root-cause analysis for PCBA / HLA failures (e.g., solder defects, component issues, thermal management).
