Job descriptionComputer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge and experience in FX and financial markets is preferred. A team player with excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is essential. MUST HAVE FOREX EXPERIENCE . Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership. Full-time FOREX Customer Support Specialist
Reporting to : Customer Experience Manager
Responsibilities :
- Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and live chat.
- Educating clients on how to use the Companys website and trading platforms.
- Communicating with clients regarding the companys products and services via telephone, email and live chat.
- Assisting other departments.
