Regional Payroll Specialist (Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Mongolia)

Schneider Electric is seeking a Regional Payroll Specialist to manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Mongolia. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll cycle for all assigned countries using the payroll system.
• Validate payroll calculations, reconcile payroll data, and ensure alignment with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports, filings, and statutory submissions.
• Maintain clear documentation for processes, approvals, and pay advice.
• Contribute to HR projects that simplify processes and drive automation.
• Advise stakeholders on payroll procedures, statutory contributions, and income tax matters.
