Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or equivalent. Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates encouraged. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Good planning, communication and independent working skills. Positive attitude, proactive and innovative with strong team cooperation. Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel).
Executive, Distribution
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Executive, Distribution will manage the distribution of finished goods by scheduling routes, booking trucks, managing delivery plans, and ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Receive and issue finished goods according to company policy.
- Plan and execute daily distribution plans.
- Prepare shipping documents accurately and on time.
- Ensure all outstanding sales orders are fulfilled on time in full.
- Post SAP transactions and documents accurately.
- Plan duty payment and prepare related documents.
- Prepare customs documents.
- Prepare KPI and other relevant reports.
- Coordinate amenities deliveries with stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
