Payroll Specialist – Invisible Expert Marketplace

Overview

Join a dynamic team supporting AI‑driven technology in the financial services industry, helping clients manage and optimize their retirement plans.

Responsibilities

Coordinate payroll system setup to ensure frictionless onboarding and ongoing plan administration.
Reference existing payroll documentation.
Ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
Accelerate client onboarding through successful completion of project tasks.

Requirements

Keen attention to detail and deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in English.

Experience in operations or administrative roles (preferred).

Familiarity with collaboration, project‑management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira / Confluence.

Qualities

Good organizational skills.

Quick learner.

Proactive in seeking understanding by frequently asking questions.

Hours

40 hours per week 9‑5 pm US‑ET

Compensation

Type : Hourly

Rate : $5 / hour
