GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist, Malaysia (Japanese Speaker)

We are looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years with a major focus on extending international Sales & Marketing functions mostly in the APAC.
This role is fully remote and based in Malaysia, reporting to the APAC Talent Acquisition Lead in Singapore.
What you will do
- Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager.
- Organize and moderate high‑quality and prompt communication within the hiring project team.
- Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary.
- Assess competencies & values fit of candidates with relevant assessment methods (screening calls, CBI, organizing tests, and conducting role‑plays).
- Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages.
- Maintain project documentation and analytics.
- Partner with the sourcing team to fill the funnel with top talent.
- Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns.
- Set up partnerships with business domains, engaging with talent communities.
- Manage projects across APAC mainly, and support hiring in other regions depending on business needs.
What we look for
3+ years of experience in hiring sales professionals globally.Experience in managing full‑cycle of recruitment projects.Experience with international recruitment in one or more regions, especially Japan and Korea.Expertise in cross‑cultural communication and behaviour.Understanding of international sourcing principles.Rapport and relationship‑building skills.Fluency in English (C2).Fluency in Japanese or Korean.Nice to have
Knowledge of a competency‑based approach in interviewing.Headhunting expertise.Knowledge of additional languages.Interest in closing other non‑tech positions.What we offer
