We’re looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support and enhance the effectiveness of our sales team. This role plays a key part in managing sales processes, analyzing performance data, and driving operational excellence to help achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve processes and data accuracy.
- Assist in planning sales targets, incentive programs, and performance reviews.
- Review and optimize workflow, pricing, and contract procedures.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance sales efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or sales support.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Seniority Level
