Finance Manager - FP&A

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Marsh McLennan . This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Finance Manager - FP&A

We will count on you to :

• Responsible for building out and managing a team dedicated to providing consistent and exemplary service to the Marsh McLennan FP&A team predominantly in Pacific region for our investment function.
• Take ownership for repetitive tasks currently dispersed across the FP&A organization, putting in place the right discipline for time execution and delivery in accordance with deadlines
• Drive standardization of processes and reporting, including automation and enhancing the quality of information to stakeholders
• Build and leverage a strong commercial understanding of the business, its drivers of performance, risks and opportunities;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to form projections of business performance across key financial metrics including Fund cash flows, AUM balances, revenue basis point profiles, other product fees and vendor costs;
• Provide technical support to the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes;
• Manage and grow the team with a vision to become best in class
