Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development – Develop and implement strategies to sell life insurance products (investment‑linked savings, health and protection) through bank branches.
• Relationship Management – Maintain strong ties between the bank and insurance company, engage key stakeholders for referrals, and keep bank staff updated on products and sales skills.
• Training & Support – Train and support bank staff on insurance products, underwriting follow‑up, and sales techniques, while organizing events and campaigns to raise product awareness.
• Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Monitor sales performance across branches, collaborate with stakeholders on strategy, analyze market trends, and prepare reports on sales results and growth opportunities for management.
• Customer Service & Retention – Support and guide bankers in handling customer queries, claims, renewals, and upselling.
