Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management.
Good knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently.
SCOPE OF WORK
Project Planning & Coordination
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Define project milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and critical paths.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and update mitigation plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at all project stages.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Ensure all project activities comply with specifications, standards, and statutory requirements.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship and material quality.Implement corrective actions where non-conformance is identified.Progress Monitoring and Reporting
Track project progress using suitable project management tools and techniques.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management and clients.Forecast project outcomes and propose corrective actions when deviations occur.Project Handover and Closure
Oversee final testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation.
