Job descriptionBuild and maintain relationships with government agencies and regulators Monitor and interpret relevant laws, policies, and regulations Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions Represent company in public-private engagements or industry dialogues Coordinate internal responses to government policy changes or inquiries Handle regulatory issues and compliance matters with relevant authorities Work cross-functionally with legal, operations, and comms teams Ensure alignment between business goals and government initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Business, or related)
- 5–7 years experience in government liaison, regulatory affairs, or corporate affairs
- Strong understanding of government structures, policymaking, and regulatory processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network within relevant ministries / agencies (bonus if already existing)
- Able to write clear, persuasive documentation (letters, position papers, etc.)
- High discretion and diplomacy in handling sensitive matters
- Strong coordination skills across internal departments
