SAP FIORI Consultant

Our client is an award-winning strategy & technology consulting firm with a dominant presence in Southeast Asia.

They are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented SAP FIORI Consultant to join their enterprise technology team. The ideal candidate will bring strong front-end development skills within the SAP ecosystem, a user-centered design mindset, and experience integrating with SAP back-end systems through OData services. This role plays a key part in improving usability, accessibility, and performance across their SAP solutions.

Please note that this is a CONTRACT, REMOTE position open to candidates residing in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei only.  Minimum guaranteed duration will be 1 year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Fiori application designs.
• Configure and customize standard SAP Fiori apps (transactional, analytical, and fact sheets).
• Develop custom Fiori apps using SAPUI5 and OData services.
• Work with backend systems (e.g., S / 4HANA, ECC) to expose data via OData.
• Collaborate with functional teams to integrate Fiori apps with core SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Set up and manage Fiori Launchpad configuration (catalogs, groups, tiles, and roles).
• Optimize UI / UX design to ensure user-friendly, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
• Troubleshoot Fiori application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure secure access through role-based authorizations in Fiori.
• Perform performance tuning for both front-end (SAPUI5) and back-end (OData services).
• Work with SAP Gateway, Web Dispatcher, and Fiori architecture components.
• Guide users during testing phases (UAT) and provide training for Fiori adoption.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori design guidelines and technology enhancements.
• Document technical specifications, design decisions, and support guides.
