Memorial Park Business Development Executive 业务发展执行员

Oversee daily sales operations and agency development to meet targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales and manpower, resolving agent issues, facilitating effective communication, and gathering market feedback.

Strengthen relationships between agents and the company, track agent performance across various duties, and motivate them to enhance sales activities.

Provide guidance on recruitment, marketing strategies, training and agency & company activities.

Coordinate with other departments and handle any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements :

Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management or equivalent.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or agency systems, with a focus on team leadership.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, with knowledge of major Mandarin dialects as a plus.

Preference will be given to candidates with 2 year of experience in a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with a strategic mindset to drive results.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
