Architect - Senior / Executive Level (Railway Infrastructure)

Overview

We are working with multiple architectural consultancies to look for experienced project architects to join their organization. We have a variety of clients which specialise in different types of projects such as data centres, high rises and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and schematic design for infrastructure and station components; ensure integration across track, signalling, and rolling stock systems.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies (e.g., alignment selection, operational analysis) and formulate proposals for submission to regulatory authorities.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all tender documentation, schedules, and technical specifications for railway systems and permanent way materials.
• Provide technical leadership in design development, ensuring competency in track‑structure interaction and managing critical rail corridor interfaces.
• Liaise, coordinate, and manage relationships with railway operators, government authorities, the client’s leadership, and the multidisciplinary team.
