N2 Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre – Perai, Penang

We are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at the N2 Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. As a full‑time Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality, personalised care to our diverse range of patients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Delivering a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation programs.
  • Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and communicating effectively with patients and their families.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, in compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services and the overall patient experience.
  • Be prepared to explore out of the clinic setting for preventative care, rehabilitation‑based work which will help you to broaden your prospective.

What we're looking for

A degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, with a valid registration and license to practice in Malaysia.

Fresh graduate and experienced Physiotherapists.

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
  • N2 is more specialised in musculoskeletal cases; a specialization in this will put you in favour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with patients.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up‑to‑date with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques.
  • A team player who is willing to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
