You will be part of a team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. In this exciting role, you will focus on generating new business and acquire new Deepsea customers with focus on multi-level & relational sales approach.

As a Business Development Manager, your mission is to strategically advance the business performance, cultivate growth, and expand the market presence of our Deep-Sea Services. In this crucial role, you’ll lead efforts to position Radio Holland as the preferred choice among our valued customers and esteemed business partners, including OEMs and integrators. With a proactive mindset and a talent for seizing opportunities, you’ll play a central role in shaping our company’s path forward. Your work will have an international scope, primarily focusing in Asia market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic prospecting.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, technical, and operations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in alignment with company policies.
• Track, analyze, and report on market trends, competitor activities, and business performance metrics.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the company’s products and services.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, pricing models, and business growth plans.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets.
