Ecommerce Manager

Role Purpose :

As Ecommerce Manager for Malaysia, you will take full ownership of our online business performance in the country. You will develop & execute localized strategies that drive online sales, improve customer experience, and optimize operations in line with BFL Group’s off‑price value proposition. This is a high‑impact, multi‑market leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, ecommerce expertise, and regional market understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive online sales growth in the region.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as product, marketing, Customer Service, operations and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Own the ecommerce P&L for the Malaysian market.
• Build and execute local ecommerce strategies aligned with regional priorities and customer behaviour.
• Identify growth opportunities across categories, channels, and customer segments.
• Report KPIs and actionable insights to senior leadership on a monthly / quarterly basis.
• Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and ROAS to optimize spend and improve ROI.
• Implement geo‑targeted strategies for promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee localized merchandising, pricing, and product positioning for each market.
• Improve product content quality, SEO performance, and site navigation to enhance discoverability and conversion.
• Ensure smooth ecommerce operations including order fulfillment, last‑mile delivery, and returns.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for timely deliveries across the area.
• Track SLAs, delivery success rates, and operational costs; resolve logistics bottlenecks.
• Monitor site performance (speed, UX, payment flow) across mobile and desktop.
• Align with internal departments (Retail, IT, Legal, Finance) to ensure full compliance and performance.
