Job Responsibilities

Drive the Business Engineering processes and contribute to improvements.

Maintain the information in the CRM system, generating selections and participating in technical meetings / discussions / support for customers, preparing required documents, handling field claims and managing user access to the simulation program.

Drive sales activities related to implementation of new customer projects such as product and prototype selections, calculations, quotations, follow‑ups, prototypes, preparation for serial production and logistic setups and support.

Prepare commercial offers in accordance to the Authorization Matrix.

Participate in SWEP’s internal and customer- and market‑oriented projects and initiatives e.g. launch of new products and technologies.

Conduct product and application trainings.

Participate in conferences and exhibitions when required.

Study and consolidate business intelligence information for defined applications and regions.

Job Requirements

University Degree in Engineering, Physics or Technical faculty.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in design / technical support / sales in thermal engineering or related fields.

Intermediate level in usage of Microsoft Office applications.

Proficiency in the English and Malay languages is mandatory.

Valid driving license.

Must be able to work in Subang Jaya area.

Experience in HVACR or heat exchanger industry is an added advantage.
