Operations Executive for Food Solution

Duties and Responsibilities

The role is to lead and support the entire assigned merchandizing project in strategizing, implementing, and maintaining effective procedures and operations for the team.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties

• Managing field operations, deployment & execution are delivered effectively (Trade Execution Excellent).
• Monitor headcount fulfilment and support project recruitment.
• To drive and achieve KPI performance for the project.
• Providing guidelines, direction and motivation and support to the team.
• Attend Weekly / Bi-weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Project Business Review.
• Monitor and track daily execution of merchandizing team.
• Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team lead / team member (2 days per week, inclusive going outstation or as per needs).
• Handle daily operational and execution issues.
• System support - RetailAIM, QuickView and PowerBI.
• Analyzing merchandizing team performance via PowerBI.

Academic Qualification(s)

Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advance Diploma in business administration, operations management or equivalent.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s)

Able to work on weekends as per needs.

Salary Range

RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00
