Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in any field Interested in grocery / fresh / non-food product Mandarin literate is an added advantage Preferably 2 years working experience at similar position Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply Strong organizational & time management skills Applicants must be willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang
Job Responsibilities :
- Liaise with suppliers and carry out negotiation.
- Looking for new suppliers & conduct market survey from time to time.
- Understand the consumer needs and the market trend.
- Control stocks flow including ensuring quality and timely stock arrival.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and managing stock allocations to outlets and interpret sales forecast.
- Process payment arrangement, invoices and purchase orders.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time
