Job descriptionCollaborate productively and respectfully with team members. Complete all applicable training programs and apply learnings effectively on the job. Seek coaching and continuous learning opportunities to enhance performance. Execute and maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards. Follow all company policies and procedures. Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish stock on the sales floor. Handle cash register transactions accurately and promptly. Minimize stock loss both in the stockroom and on the sales floor. Ensure all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Deliver excellent customer service in line with brand standards. Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently demonstrating brand values. Use product knowledge to effectively engage customers. Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to meet customer needs. Minimum secondary school education. 1–2 months in a beauty, fashion, or customer-focused retail environment is an advantage. Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for driving customer loyalty to the brand, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth store operations.
