Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the nursing team to ensure quality and compassionate patient care.
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies, MOH guidelines, and accreditation standards.
- Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with doctors, management, and other departments to achieve hospital goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold patient safety and service excellence.
