Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista cum Service Crew at KNEAD by CW, located in Taman Serdang Raya. Responsibilities include preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, serving foods, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in barista skills and beverage preparation
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Customer service experience and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Basic food preparation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a café or similar setting is advantageous
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
