About the Role

US Buildings – the exclusive distributor of Hai Van Paint , Vietnam’s trusted coating brand, is looking for independent sales partners to expand our presence in the industrial & marine coatings sector across Malaysia.

This is a commission-based collaboration role , ideal for experienced sales professionals or freelance agents who want to earn high commissions through flexible, independent work.

Note : this is not a full-time employment position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain B2B relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.
• Promote Hai Van Paint’s industrial and marine coating products to local clients.
• Generate new sales leads and follow up to close deals.
• Coordinate with US Buildings’ sales support team for product information, quotations, and logistics.
• Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions.
