Assist to handle all accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department
Keeping a thorough record of business transactions and entering data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger
Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions for the cross-company
Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring bookkeeping is up to date day to day.
Assist with account receivable / payable-related functions
Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference
Requirements
- Education : Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts and Finance studies
- Preferably fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably fluent in Mandarin, as role requires dealing with Mandarin‑speaking directors
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision
