Summary

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in analyzing and presenting insights on competitor activities, dealer programs, sales incentives, and new market plans. You’ll proactively identify opportunities and risks within your assigned accounts, and propose strategic action plans based on a thorough understanding of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). Your focus will be on grooming accounts by location and product, ensuring alignment with distributor priorities and the company’s overall strategic direction.

Key Accountabilities

• Strategy planning and execution of distributors sell‑in and dealer development.
• Dealer development and training, product knowledge, staff selling skills and IT systems.
• Formulate effective and efficient sales ground activities.
• Distribution points expansion.
• Network expansion planning and prioritisation.
• Up‑to‑date dealer management database.
• Compliance of trade visitation cycle and timely audit of exclusive channel.
• Timely submission of management reports.
