This role demands resilience, accountability, and relentless execution. You will take ownership of hiring outcomes end-to-end : driving daily headhunting, clearing pipelines, delivering high-quality candidates, and ensuring targets are achieved without compromise. What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of hiring outcomes, not just processes — judged by quality, speed, and target achievement.
• Headhunt 150–200 profiles daily, while clearing all candidate screenings to zero backlog each day.
• Run daily updates and meetings to report progress, track numbers, and keep pipelines healthy.
• Maintain daily screening quality scores — only the best candidates move forward.
• Source aggressively using LinkedIn, referrals, direct headhunting, social platforms, and beyond.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver ready-to-interview shortlists quickly.
• Ensure candidates and hiring managers move through the process with no delays or drop-offs.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters, raising the bar for execution and standards across the team.
• Stay sharp on competitor hiring moves, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
