Project Support Coordinator

Job descriptionMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative or marketing agency environment. Strong project management and production operations background with experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proven ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes. Demonstrated experience managing creative budgets and resourcing across fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Familiarity with production systems, tools, and asset management platforms.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee full project life cycles-from briefing to final delivery-ensuring timely execution within scope and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with content team leads, SEEK stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless creative production workflows and delivery.
- Streamline and optimize content operations, improving service levels and turnaround times.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, including researching and embedding new production systems and tools.
- Manage day-to-day resource allocation, schedule planning and workload planning across multiple projects across APAC.
- Maintain and manage the digital asset and project management system including the filing structure to ensure consistent organization and accessibility.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven workflows and automation tools, including tracking adoption, measuring impact and streamlining workflows to increase efficiency.
