Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager, located in Bayan Lepas.

Responsibilities :

• Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Upselling, cross‑selling, solution selling, prepare and deliver quotation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered to customers on a timely basis.
• Pairing with outside sales representative to handle customers’ requests.
