Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for Android development and related roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into recruitment plans.
- Source, screen, interview, and select candidates; manage the candidate experience end-to-end.
- Coordinate offers, onboarding, and integration with new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in technology or software development roles.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is a plus.Benefits
