Regional Service Delivery Manager

Job descriptionAct as the primary contact for regional clients, ensuring service delivery meets expectations. Develop and execute regional service delivery strategies aligned with overall project goals. Analyze and resolve project issues, providing technical support and recommendations. Report project progress and key metrics to the Regional Service Delivery Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of IT service delivery and management experience, including 3+ years in cross-regional project management.
- Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP or ITIL certification is preferred.
