Senior Account Executive | Listed Renewable Energy Group | Port Klang Full Time

Responsibilities

• Check intercompany balances monthly
• To check on account payables & procurement.
• Assist in preparation of consolidation.
• Submission of tax documents yearly
• Check monthly accounts of a group of companies
• Deals with external parties (i.e. auditors and tax agents)
• Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties or tasks as assigned by the Management
• Prepare monthly accounts
• Assist in the development, performance and maintenance of the financial activities of the organization
• Ensure all documentation is complete without error (AR, AP, Monthly closing)
• Monthly Closing – make sure all documents are completed from time to time
• Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the Finance department
• Assist in the review of reports, analyze projections of sales and income
