Responsibilities
- Manage and understand the needs and questions of customers, providing excellent service.
- Provide the best service and promote the sale of products using appropriate mechanisms.
- Prepare the sales / promotional area as per layout; ensure no garbage or POP boxes and that presentation is adequate.
- Prepare and provide merchandise for the Delica Department.
- Conduct P.A. or return defective goods to the supplier.
- Keep counters for monthly stock-taking.
- Attend training when necessary and required.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM and above.Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Have a strong interest in working in the retail sector.Able to work shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.Cheerful personality and confident.Have a pleasant personality — smart dress and professional speaking and consulting.Benefits
