Job Overview :

The Product and Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, optimization, and technical performance of semiconductor products. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, driving product innovation, ensuring the technical quality of products, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The manager will play a critical role in aligning product strategy with market needs and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Development & Strategy :

Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market trends.

Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in semiconductor product offerings.

Develop and implement product roadmaps, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company goals.

Monitor product performance and introduce enhancements based on customer feedback and technical analysis.

Technical Management :

Oversee all technical aspects of semiconductor products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.

Coordinate with engineering teams to solve technical issues and implement robust processes for problem resolution.

Evaluate and approve product specifications, technical documentation, and performance data.

Provide technical guidance to internal teams, partners, and customers on product functionalities and solutions.

Customer Interaction & Support :

Act as the primary technical contact for key customers, providing solutions and addressing technical challenges.

Support the sales team in technical discussions, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.

Ensure prompt resolution of customer technical issues and manage customer satisfaction through technical excellence.

Project & Cross-functional Collaboration :

Manage product development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality.

Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure product scalability and performance.

Partner with marketing and business development teams to define product positioning, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.

Market & Industry Analysis :

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products in the semiconductor market.

Analyze market needs and provide insights for new product development or enhancements to existing products.

Represent the company in technical seminars, conferences, and customer presentations to highlight product innovations.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management or technical roles within the semiconductor industry.

Proven track record in product development, project management, and technical leadership.

Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication, packaging, and testing processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and external clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the semiconductor field.

Proficiency in technical documentation and presentation tools.

9.00am to 5.00pm
