Job descriptionReview project drawings, material specifications, and requirements with the engineering team. Source, evaluate, and qualify local and overseas suppliers. Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate terms and delivery schedules. Prepare and issue purchase orders; monitor logistics and delivery status. Coordinate with QA / QC and site teams for inspection and material acceptance. Manage supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or documentation issues. Ensure compliance with CSCEC procurement policies, project budgets, and local regulations. Maintain procurement records and prepare progress reports.
