AVP, Credit Card & Personal Loan Product Development

Manage and grow the product’s partnership tie up with the bank with primary objectives to grow customer base, improved product usage, product profitability through relevant product features & benefits and working closely with all stake holders.

Key Responsibilities

Role requires regular interaction with partners, operations, credit policy and credit processing hub to monitor and drive cards & loans performance to achieve the goals.

Supporting the above, the role’s functions include the following :

Product / Proposition Development

Manage and explore new partnership tie up with the bank for existing products by preparing the necessary paperwork and involved in gathering required information from relevant stakeholders like IS, Operations etc

Process Development

Review areas for new process development to cater for new business initiatives or assist in improving existing processes that support the business

Provide the necessary reporting from the perspective of performance of campaigns or initiatives and to track and report overall products health across the Bank

Campaign Management

Lead in the development of campaigns which includes working with the relevant advertising agencies to obtain the necessary marketing materials.

Market Awareness

Understand the market environment and impact of competitors’ action plans.

To assist the changes in regulatory, monetary and economic environment to the business
