Manager II - Sales Support
Job Details
Under the general direction of the Regional Sales & Marketing Director, Asia Pacific, this position will be responsible for providing administrative, analytical and operational support for the APAC Business Development team. You will be responsible for the effectiveness and productivity of the APAC Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the APAC Sales Support Team and establish aligned regional sales support functions and processes.
- Coordinate, tabulate rates and questionnaire for regional RFI / RFQ / tender or global RFI / RFQ / tender which involve any APAC countries.
- Act as the regional Salesforce (CRM) administrator and support the APAC BD team, resolve any user issues, assist in dashboard, report and campaigns creation. Enable sales data analysis and maintain user / account management.
- Facilitate and support consistent and relevant sales campaigns as well as provide data analysis and related reports for tracking.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the regional sales team and its different roles and functions.
- Any other assigned support duties by management.
- Prepare regional monthly and ad-hoc reports on sales team performance and provide pre‑analysis and insights for data‑driven decisions.

- Responsible for the data maintenance and due diligence of the regional sales incentive programme – data checks, maintenance & reports in collaboration with the regional management and team leaders.
Qualifications
5-10 years of sales and marketing experience in a related industry (ideally logistics and distribution, life sciences).Sound experience in a customer service or administrative role.Advanced experience in Salesforce / CRM software, preferably with ADM301 certification.Advanced experience in Microsoft Power BI and data visualisation.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules.Proactive, self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Excellent oral and written communication skills.High levels of passion, enthusiasm, and energy.Experience and Educational Requirements
