Job descriptionProfessional background or subject matter expertise in one or more business functions : Human Resources, L&D, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, Healthcare, Customer Service, etc. Minimum 3–5 years of professional or training experience in your functional area. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated interest in AI, data, or digital transformation; prior experience in AI is a plus, but not required. Comfortable with both virtual and classroom delivery formats. HRD Corp Accredited Trainer (Malaysia) or willing to obtain accreditation (an advantage). Comprehensive Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program on AI content and tools. Access to globally recognized AI curriculum and materials. Ongoing support from the certification body and content team. AI Functional Facilitators (Freelance / Adjunct)

We deliver AI Functional Certification Programs that help professionals apply Artificial Intelligence in key business areas such as Human Resources, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, Healthcare, Customer Service, and many more .
Job Summary : As part of our expansion, we have six (6) positions for AI Functional Facilitators across key business areas. We welcome experienced facilitators, trainers, business professionals, and subject matter experts to join our growing network of certified educators. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong functional expertise who are passionate about the evolving role of technology in business. No prior AI experience is required — we provide complete training and certification to prepare you to deliver our AI Functional Programs with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AI Functional Certification Programs in your area of expertise (e.g., HR, L&D, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, Healthcare, Customer Service, etc.).
- Conduct engaging and interactive AI functional and job role-based training sessions, both virtual and on-site.
- Use real-world business insights and examples to help participants apply AI tools and concepts effectively.
- Work closely with the program and academic teams to align with the certification framework and learner outcomes.
- Continuously update your knowledge of AI applications in business.
- Inspire professionals to work smarter with AI.
