Admin Executive (Base Office OR Work From Home)

Join one of Malaysia’s fast-growing Bank Outsource Agencies and be part of our expanding Admin Team supporting personal and business loan operations. We're hiring for both in-office and remote roles!

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support for Sales Staff :

Maintain and update sales reports, lead tracking sheets, and loan application records .

  • Ensure all customer documents are properly received, verified, and filed in Sales Forms .
  • Assist in data entry of customer information into Sales Forms .
  • Prepare and organized necessary sales forms for the sales team.
  • Assist Sales Consultant to follow up with customer in a timely manner.
  • Loan Application Coordination :
  • Liaise with Loan Processor to track application statuses and ensure smooth processing.

  • Assist sales staff on pending customer documents or missing information.
  • Ensure all submitted loan applications comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements .
  • Maintain a structured system for application tracking and follow-ups .
  • Commission Collection Support :
  • Assist in collecting commissions from customer based on approved loan disbursements.

  • Maintain attendance records and incentive calculations for payroll processing.
  • Compliance & Quality Control :
  • Ensure all documents submitted by sales staff meet bank and company compliance standards .

  • Conduct basic checks on loan applications before submission to Manager .
  • Other Duties :
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management related to sales operations and administration.

    Key Requirements :

  • Experience in administration, sales support, or financial services is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment .
  • Good communication skills to liaise with customers, and sales teams.
  • Basic knowledge or work experience in Account will be added advantage
