Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Analyze and interpret survey data, including topographic, boundary, and site surveys.
  • Work closely with surveyors and engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulations.
  • Create detailed drawings and maps based on survey data using CAD software.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey findings, plans, and project updates.

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in drafting, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD Software : Familiarity with software like AutoCAD.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Technical Knowledge : Understanding of surveying techniques and Land Use Regulations.
  • Communication Skills : Effectively convey technical information to team members and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Being able to start work on short notice is a plus.
