Job Purpose :

• In the Cluster Delivery Organization, Business Specialists, Business Experts, Engineer Specialists, Engineers, Administrators and Product Owners work together in a team. • The Junior Specialist Administrator has a basic technical orientation and acts in the role of the Cell Member.
• He has an agile and digital mindset that he always adapts to the current requirements using the appropriate development options through coaching and structured development opportunities
• The Junior Specialist is utilized in areas aligned with their current knowledge level and experience, gaining exposure to different cells and chapters over time to build flexibility, knowledge, and skills that contribute to cross-cluster collaboration in the future.
